• Bi-weekly: Suitable for slower-growing grasses or during periods of slower growth (fall and spring).
• Monthly: May be sufficient for low-maintenance lawns or during the dormant season.

Absolutely, our solutions are designed with sustainability and pets in mind, using eco-friendly and non-toxic materials to promote green living.

We require all clients to have a card on file. We will charge the card on the day of service. To better serve our Lawn Care customers we offer seasonal packages as well as year around packages. Projects above $1000 require a 50% deposit to get on our schedule. We accept all major credit cards.

Mowing over pet waste is not recommended. 

Here's why:

• Spreads Bacteria and Parasites: Mowing over pet waste can spread harmful bacteria and parasites like roundworms and hookworms across your lawn. This increases the risk of infection for humans, pets, and other animals.
• Contaminates Lawn Equipment: Pet waste can stick to your mower's blades and wheels, spreading bacteria and potentially damaging the equipment.
• Unsanitary and Unpleasant: Mowing over pet waste is simply unsanitary and can create an unpleasant odor.

You don’t need to be home during your service as long as we have access to the areas we’ll be working on. However, we’re happy to coordinate schedules if you want to be present. 

In pursuit of providing the best lawn maintenance J5O offers, we do 28 to 32 weekly cuts per season. The mowing season runs from the first week of April to the week of Thanksgiving.

Our goal is to give the customer a healthy lawn, we recommend having it mowed once a week. The only time we'd recommend skipping a week in between mows is during summer seasons that have limited rainfall and high heat. We can always customize a plan for you.
