Standard Mowing Service (Includes mowing, edging, and blowing)

• Small Yard (Up to ¼ Acre): $50–$65 per mow
• Medium Yard (¼ - ½ Acre): $60–$75 per mow
• Large Yard (½ - ¾ Acre): $70–$85 per mow
• Extra Large (¾ - 1 Acre): $90–$120 per mow
• Over 1 Acre: Custom pricing based on acreage and complexity

   

Additional Services & Pricing

• Trimming Bushes & Hedges: $30–$75 (per 10 ft of Hedge) depending on size and number
• Leaf Blow: Starting at $150 per session (based on a 1/4 acre lawn)

Fertilization Program: Starts at $200

Fertilization Program Breakdown:

• Early Spring Application – Balanced fertilizer with pre-emergent weed control. 
• Late Spring Application – Slow-release fertilizer with micronutrients to encourage lush green growth and pre-germinated seeds for faster lawn growth to promote strong root development. Includes liquid aeration which uses a liquid solution to help improve soil structure and promote healthier grass growth. 
• Summer Application – Organic or synthetic fertilizer to maintain lawn color and protect against heat stress.
• Early Fall Application – Nutrient-rich fertilizer with overseeding (if needed) to repair summer damage.
• Late Fall / Winterizer Application – High-potassium fertilizer to strengthen roots before winter dormancy.

Pet Waste Management Service Pricing:

• Small Yard (Up to ¼ Acre): $20 per visit
• Medium Yard (¼ - ½ Acre): $23 per visit
• Large Yard (½ - ¾ Acre): $25 per visit
• Extra Large Yard (¾ - 1 Acre): $28 per visit
• One-Time Cleanup: $50–$150 depending on yard size and waste volume
• Subscription Discount: Save 20% when bundling with lawn care services.

Spring Awakening Package: Starting at $200 (includes first mow, edging, trimming, and Late Spring Application Fertilization Package) starting prices based on 1/4 acre lawn size.

Summer Breeze Maintenance Package: Starting at $600 (includes weekly mowing for 3 months and Summer Application) starting prices based on 1/4 acre lawn size.

Hibernation Station Package: Starting at $300 (includes Leaf Blow, Early fall application and Late Fall winterizer application)  starting prices based on 1/4 acre lawn size.

Year-Round Service Payment Plan:

Beauty All Year Long Package: starting at $2,400 starting prices based on 1/4 acre lawn size.

A year-round service plan provides consistent value ensuring your outdoor spaces stay clean, green, and well-maintained. Here is what is included for each season:

 
Spring (March - May)
✅ Lawn Care – First mow of the season, dethatching, aeration, fertilization, and weed control

Summer (June - August)
✅ Lawn Care – Weekly mowing, edging, trimming, fertilization, and pest control
✅ Drought Prevention – Soil conditioning and deep watering strategies

Fall (September - November)
✅ Lawn Care – Leaf cleanup, final mow, aeration, overseeding for thicker grass
✅ Seasonal Landscaping – Planting perennials, mulching, and winter prep

Winter (December - February)
✅ Lawn Care – Dormant season fertilization, snow removal (if needed), equipment winterization
✅ Seasonal Services –  storm damage cleanup

Year-Round Service Payment Plan:

• Monthly Payment Option: $200 per month (12-month contract, total $2,400)
• Quarterly Payment Option: $570 per quarter, 4 payments, total $2,280, (5% discount, total savings of $120)
• Bi-Annual Payment Option: $1,080 every 6 months, 2 payments, total $2,160, (10% discount, total savings of $240)
• Prepaid Annual Option: One-time payment of $1,920 (20% discount, total savings of $480)

Subscription Discounts:

• Prepaid 3-Month Plan: 10% off total price
• Prepaid 6-Month Plan: 15% off total price
• Prepaid Annual Plan: 20% off total price
